SchedulePro now has a new Automated Callouts feature; an automated system that will call employees directly and notify them of an available shift, then allow them to take or pass on the shift.
- Automated Callouts takes care of the dialling automatically, so you don’t even need to pick up the phone. Employees can press 1 to accept a shift, and 2 to pass. You can run callouts for multiple shifts at once.
- The Automated Callout system will run based on your preset patterns. Employees will be dialled in the specified order, and if they decide not to take a shift, SchedulePro will move on to the next eligible employee.
- SchedulePro creates reports so that you can easily account for who accepted a shift and who refused one. This helps you easily keep track of your callouts.
